What we collect
When you register for a webinar we collect the details you enter: your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, organization, city, state, how you heard about us, what best describes you, and the ways you are interested in taking part.
Cookies and tracking
We record which pages you visit, the page you arrived on, the site that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link you clicked (such as utm_source or an advertising click identifier). This is stored in your browser and in our own records so we can understand which outreach is working. If advertising measurement tools are enabled, they may set their own cookies.
How we use it
To send you the details and reminders for the webinar you registered for, to respond to you, and — only if you consented — to send occasional updates about our work. We do not sell your information.
Your choices
Every update email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and we record your consent status with the date it was given. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing cotafoundation9@gmail.com or calling (772) 212-0778.
